We know life can be unpredictable and sometimes plans need to change. Because our artists reserve their time specifically for your event and often turn away other bookings, we have policies in place to protect their time and ensure fairness for all parties.

*Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied toward a future booking if you need to reschedule.

*For cancellations made more than 6 days before your party, your full deposit can be transferred to a new date, subject to availability. 

* For cancellations made 6–4 days before your party, 50% of the deposit can be applied to a rescheduled party, subject to availability. The other remaining deposit is forfeited.

* For cancellations made 3 days or less before your party, 25% of the deposit can be applied to a new date, if available. The other remaining deposit is forfeited.
